CHRIS MOYER Board President & Co-Founder  She is a wife, mother of two boys and two girls, and grandmother of three. Chris has her own counseling practice,  Charis Counseling , and she has an earnest desire to come alongside and walk with people in time of difficulty. You can find Chris tending her garden and taking care of her old farmhouse and mini homestead. She simply loves being with her three grandchildren. And, you can count on being blessed by her wise words and truths that always seem to come at the right time.

He was raised by a single mom who worked incredible hard, so he could get an education. He graduated from Eastern Mennonite University with a degree in Accounting. He has worked in public and private accounting for most of his career and is currently the Controller of a large local manufacturing company. When he is not crunching numbers you can find him working on is old BMWs, playing video games with his daughter, and cooking incredible meals for anyone who loves food, gardening in the warm sun, and drinking good coffee.

He is a doting step-dad to a spunky daughter, and has lived in the area for most of his life. He was raised by a single mom who worked incredible hard, so he could get an education. She has 30+ years in the pharmaceutical industry and has recently started consulting. She brings a combination of business acumen along with focus, determination and attention to detail. Jane felt God's leading to dedicate time and energy to address unmet needs and minister to women. You can find Jane enjoy a good run, a round of golf, and cheering on the Nittany Lions and Eagles with great enthusiasm.

ALONG THE WAY CAREGIVERS 
Get to know our dedicated staff! They each brings their enthusiasm, experience and a lot of love to the kids and moms we serve. All of our staff come from either an education or childcare background. We train them in pediatric CPR & First Aid training, perform FBI, criminal and child abuse background checks, and we have trained them before entering the home.  

  BROOKE  recently graduated from Montgomery County Community College with a degree in Human Services. She is delighted when she gets to work with the babies. When she is not caring for ATW's kids she is caring for children at the YMCA and waitressing at a tearoom. She loves to stay active, enjoys camping and spending time with friends. She is frequently making people laugh and she has a gift for staying positive in any situation.

Elyse has grown up working with children through babysitting and working as a camp counselor for three summers. She also interned at a group foster home her senior year of college following the passion she has for child welfare. Elyse currently works as a Therapeutic support staff (TSS) for Chester County Intermediate Unit working one-on-one with children  who struggle with behavior and social conduct. When she is not working Elyse enjoys running, playing the piano, and shooting hoops with her little brothers.

She love the process of getting to know children and forming a bond with them. She says, "that is what makes it all worth while"! When Amanda is not studying or working Amanda enjoys snowboarding and reading.

She went on to work as a nanny for a numerous of families over the years, as well as, working in childcare, VBS at her church, and during overseas mission work. With children every day is an adventure! She enjoys creating games and making crafts, as well as being caring and patient with each child's individual needs. When she is not with kids you can find her traveling the world and country and acting on the DCP Theatre stage.

She has several years of experience in daycares and the local school district and finds great enjoyment with the children. Sharon's favorite time of year is the summer. She has lived in the Souderton area for over 40 years and loves being a part of this great community.
