ATW is a faith-based non-profit organization. More importantly, our organization was founded by a group of believers who have joined together to meet the needs of women and children in our community. Our organization promotes behavior consistent with the Holy Scriptures, including cultivating: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (i.e. avoidance of gossip, temperance; Galatians 5:22–24). These attributes are to be sought, encouraged, and demonstrated in our relationships.
The lasting impression that employees make on those they serve and work with reflects directly on all staff, volunteers and board members of Along The Way. All words and deeds should help build our programs and their reputation for quality.
