Fundraising Calendar We encourage participation in our fundraising events because, well, they are FUN & they help us all stay employed! We rely on events as a source of revenue…in fact 25% of our annual budget comes from fundraising & philanthropy. In order to meet our service goals for child care hours in 2024, we need to fundraise $546,000!

Referral Incentive Want to make the easiest $200 you’ll ever make?! Refer a friend to work for us! After their 3 month probationary period is over and they’ve passed with flying colors, we’ll add $200 bucks to your next paycheck! We can only provide this incentive for candidates that are a good fit so if it wasn’t, there’s always next time.

Bonuses are coming!—one in December (in time for Christmas) & one in June (in time for a Summer getaway)? We’ll be rolling out a pretty sweet incentive plan so you know exactly what you need to do to earn the most points for your bonus. You’ll be able to earn up to 100 points per period and if you score between 80-89%, you’ll get 1.5% of your salary. Score 90-100%, you’ll get 3% of your salary.
