Employer Sponsored Child Care

As Pennsylvania seeks economic growth, it is critical to ensure that everyone who wants to work is participating in our workforce.

State and/or federal funds to match employer contributions for our in-home child care long-term will support employers who are care providers - like hospital systems, aging population services and agencies serving neuro-diverse populations, in attracting & retaining their employees.

Along The Way partners with employers who are committed to developing a talent pipeline that gives the most under-resourced Pennsylvanians opportunities for economic mobility, career development & educational attainment through our Pathway Project.
