The Pathway Project is a comprehensive family support program that offers 3 tiers of support to meet families wherever they are job matching + child care to work + holistic support to thrive.

Along The Way provides employers in shift-working industries an unparalleled hiring & retention strategy — child care in their employees’ own homes, even during the hardest to fill shifts like overnights & weekends.

There’s little to no reliable child care options for parents during non-traditional work hours, and this impacts the effectiveness of human service agencies because no matter what support they provide, if parents don’t have the safe & reliable child care they need to work, they simply can’t get ahead. We offer helping agencies the ability to bulk purchase child care hours to meet their clients’ needs, as well as establishing referral pipelines to meet client needs.
